When done cut the cakes open, put in a spoonful of the cream, place together again, roll in the whites, and then in coarse white sugar. SNOWBALLS. Pour half a pint of boiling water over a cup butter, and while hot stir in two cups flour. When the whole is very smooth and thoroughly scalded, set away to cool.
