Lady Fingers, No. 2. — Another recipe is to take the yolks of 3 eggs, beat light, add \ cup powdered sugar and beat again; add 2 heaping tablespoons of flour, mix well, and add the well=beaten whites of the 3 eggs. Squeeze them out of a paper cone, or bag (as shown in our illustration), dust on sugar, and bake till light brown in a moderate oven.
