Beat an egg without separating until light ; add i ^4 cups
milk, and stir at once into the dry ingredients.
Add 2 tablespoons melted butter✪ Muffins, beat thoroughly, and
bake about 25 minutes in a hot, well-greased muffin pan in a
moderately hot oven.
