Pour the syrup slowly onto the whites of the eggs and continue beating until cold. Add I T vanilla, and i pt. heavy creamAngel Parfait, whipped stiff. Put into moulds and let stand for 3 h, packed in equal portions salt and chopped ice. For this Easter Luncheon color half of the Parfait with either the yolk of an egg or with the yellow coloring matter. Put into the moulds in layers or with a marbled eft'ect.
