ing water, seasoning well with lemon juice, onion juice,
sherry wine, salt and pepper. Clear, add two tablespoons
dissolved gelatine, and use the same as Aspic Jelly.

\ cup mushrooms \ cup cream
2 tablespoons butter salt and cayenne
