nutmeg i ounce, sandalwood and wintergreen of

well, and when wanted to fumigate a sick room
put a tea-spoonful on a hot griddle or shovel and
let it burn in the room. If all the ingredients are
not obtainable any one or two of them may be left

gum arable of each 2^^ ounces. Boil the nut-
galls 3 hours in the water and add boiling water to
