Return the cord through the bend of the leg at the second joint, through the body and out through the middle joint of the other leg. Draw the cord tight and tie. This cord will help to give the fowl a shapely appearance when served. The cord is re- moved before the fowl is served. Roast Fowl Dress, clean, stuff and truss a fowl.
